1. What this service is

Deal Dog, operated by Class Chat LLC, is a deal-discovery website. We collect publicly available offers, promo codes and price drops, check them, and link you to the retailer selling the item. We are not the seller. Every purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer, on the retailer's terms.

2. Age requirement — you must be 13 or older

You must be at least 13 years old to use Deal Dog. By using this website you confirm that you are 13 or older. The service is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 13.

We do not collect the personal information of anyone under 13, knowingly or otherwise. We do not ask for a date of birth, a school, or anything else that would identify a child, and this website has no account system through which a child could supply it. If we learn that we hold information belonging to someone under 13, we delete it and end their access.

If you believe a child under 13 has used the service or given us information, contact help@classchat.us and we will remove it promptly.

3. Accuracy, and its limits

We re-check prices regularly and show when each deal was last confirmed. Even so, retailers change prices, stock and promotions constantly and without notice, and a promo code can stop working minutes after it was verified. Prices and codes are shown as accurate at the time of checking and are not a promise about what you will find at checkout.

Discount percentages are calculated from the reference price the retailer publishes. That reference is set by the retailer, not by us.

If a deal is wrong, use the flag icon on the card. It genuinely helps.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Most links on this site are affiliate links, currently through Amazon Associates, Levanta and JoyLink. If you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission. That commission is paid by the retailer and never changes the price you pay. As an Amazon Associate, Deal Dog earns from qualifying purchases.

Earning a commission does not mean a deal was checked less carefully. Deals that fail our checks are removed regardless of what they would have paid.

5. Orders, returns and support

We cannot help with an order, a delivery, a refund or a return, because we never receive them. All of that is handled by the retailer you bought from. Contact them directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its API beyond ordinary personal browsing.
• Use automated systems to place load on the service or to harvest the deal catalog.
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access parts of it you have not been given access to.
• Reproduce substantial portions of the catalog as your own product.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and software belong to Class Chat LLC. Product names, images, logos and descriptions belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the items they describe.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular deal, price or promo code will be available or valid.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Class Chat LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost savings, arising from your use of the site or from any purchase you make at a retailer. Because this site is free to use, our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Third-party sites

Links take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their prices, or their handling of your information. Their terms and privacy policies govern once you arrive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and Class Chat LLC consent to that jurisdiction.
